Our holiday home is an older 60s style but cosy old fisherman's house, and its in a great location, just meters from the North Arm. The Lake front has a sandy area and a grassy area perfect for a paddle a day on the boat or jet ski or picnic. Our Home is part of a duplex, but you will have complete privacy -we have a spacious area in the fully fenced backyard for your children and pets to play, we hope to make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible. The space Our house is family and Pet friendly cosy Lake side 3 Bedroom Holiday House it is an older style home but in a great location in the heart of town. it’s on a large corner block with two road frontages, car parking, plenty of room to park a boat and an enclosed yard for young children and pets to play. We have separate lounge room, separate dinning area, 1 bathroom, kitchen, & BBQ Area. Bedroom 1&2 have a queen side beds Bedroom 3 has two beds a double and a queen. For your convivence there is a outdoor laundry onsite for you to use. Guest access Guests arrive via the rear entrance with plenty of car and boat parking. you will have full access to the holiday house and fenced backyard. We have a ramp at the back door for ease of access and grab handles in the toilet. Other things to note please note - it is your responsibility to ensure children and pets are safe and supervised at all times when at the property. We are pet friendly hosts; But Please bring sleeping bed/mat as we do not allow them to sleep on bed/sofa. Please don’t leave them home alone, bring along their feeding and water bowls as we don’t allow crockery to be used. and please clean up afterwards. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we kindly ask guests to tidy up after themselves, and place dirty towels in the bathroom prior to leaving. Strictly No cooking crabs or seafood
