Our apartment is on quite street in historical center of Prague. Just few steps from river, between National Theater and famous Dancing House, 10 minutes walk from Charles bridge and Old Town square. With high ceilings and wooden floors, spacious and bright, will welcome you with warm and cozy atmosphere. We will be happy to make our guests feel like at home! The space Our spacious (more then 110m2) 2-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator in historical art nouveau building from beginning of 20th century. The apartment has big entry hallway. In first bedroom with double bed 140x200cm is big wardrobe and chest of drawers, so you will have enough space for your clothing. There is also working desk for your laptop. Spacious living room has comfortable seating area, big library, and serves also as second bedroom with double bed 160x200cm. There is flat screen TV with many international channels and also CD player. There is dining room with seating for four persons and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, cooker and all other necessities you would neeed. Washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are avaible if needed. We have always coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, oil and some spices and herbs for you. There is one bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and separate toilet. We provide you with enough towels and bed sheets. Free wireless WIFI is available in whole apartment. Guest access You will have the whole apartment just for yourself. Other things to note PARKING Parking in center of Prague is only for residents with permission, so if you would like to visit the city with car you have to use paid parking in garages or for short term stays, you can also pay parking at www.parkingcard.cz, but remember that in city center it can be really difficult to find free parking spot. Nearest garages parking availability: Vaclavske Garage /Vaclavska Street 18, Prague 2/ just 4 minutes /400m/ walk from the apartment. The parking fee is 500 CZK (aprox. 18 EUR) per 24 hr and is paid by the guest when leaving the garage. Central Parking Prague /Karlovo namesti 15, Prague 2/ just 4 minutes /400m/ walk from the apartment. The parking fee is 600 CZK (aprox. 22 EUR) per 24 hr. Parking National Theatre /Ostrovni Street 1/ just 4 minutes /350m/ walk from the apartment. The parking fee is 720 CZK (aprox. 26 EUR) for the first day, next days are for 480 CZK (aprox. 17 EUR) each. LUGGAGE STORAGE We have check out time at 10am, but if we don’t have new guests arriving, you can leave your luggages at the apartment as long as you need.
