The space From our listed house on Johannisplatz, you can overlook the new silhouette of Augustusplatz 150 meters away with university, opera and Gewandhaus. All the sights of downtown are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are trams with direct connection to Leipziger Messe (line 16), Zoo (line 12) etc. The main train station is only 900 meters away - ideal if you arrive by train; of course, there is also a parking space in the yard available for our visitors (for a fee). Our 29 one- and two-room apartments are equipped with: Bath (shower, toilet) flat screen TV Desk Seating Room Phone Small Kitchen Corner Safe and hair dryer The two-room apartment has one double bedroom and one single bedroom with kitchenette, there are no through rooms, beds can all be separated. Furthermore, there are five rooms without a kitchenette and a wheelchair accessible room with the same equipment. All rooms and apartments are non-smoking, for smokers some apartments are available with free access. In the house there is an elevator as well as the cat cafe, which offers vegetarian cuisine in addition to real cats. Breakfast can also be booked as a room breakfast. If you prefer to have breakfast among people, go to the neighboring café "Feinschmaus", open daily from 8 am, our guests get 10% discount. ;-) Attention, pets are welcome but must be requested before booking as not all apartments for pets are allowed. The additional costs are €7.50 per night, for longer stays on request. Please note that from 01.04.2023, an accommodation tax of 5% will apply to the accommodation price in Leipzig, which is not included in the price and must be paid on site.
