Warm, cozy with a hammock and near the subway

A modest two-room apartment right next to the subway. The apartment is on the top floor, it is very warm and quiet. Windows facing a green courtyard. No playgrounds or other noisy things under the windows, you will sleep well) The total area is 38.5 sq.m. The space Light painted walls, minimalism. The bedroom has a large, comfortable bed 160*200 cm with spacious drawers, a dresser and a small wardrobe. In the living room there is a fold-out sofa, an armchair bed and a hammock that is easy to remove if not needed, and which can definitely hold an adult up to 100 kg. (The hammock itself can withstand up to 400 kg, but I'm not so sure about the mount and haven't checked it any more) From the living room there is a door to a closed, insulated balcony-office, with a small table and chair. The balcony has a light, sockets and insulated floor, it is convenient to work at the computer. From the closed balcony there is a door to the unglazed one. There is artificial grass on the floor, there is a box for seedlings. In summer it is good to sunbathe, have breakfast, grow flowers. This is the only place in the apartment where you can smoke, but please do not throw cigarette butts from the balcony. The kitchen is small, but with everything you need: a gas stove with electric ignition, a fridge, a thermopot. You can draw with chalk on one of the kitchen walls. The hallway has a built-in wardrobe with spacious drawers. Guest access Wi-Fi and wired internet. All the necessary shower accessories: gel, shampoo, soap, toothpaste are available. Bed linen, towels. There is a thermopot (electric kettle). Washing machine and fridge. Gas stove with oven. The apartment is not finished, but this does not affect the functionality. There is no microwave or TV.
