The dining area centers around a stunning 3-metre teak table that seats 12–14 beneath the iconic rowboat light—ideal for long, laughter-filled meals. Bedrooms All beds are made up with freshly laundered linens, feather/down pillows and duvets, and block-out curtains for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 2 & 3 (Upstairs): Queen beds, BIRs, and balcony access via French doors. Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Four bunk beds + trundle (sleeps 5), BIR—perfect for kids. Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): Cosy double bed. Bathrooms Family Bathroom (Upstairs): Freestanding bath, shower with niche, vanity, and WC. Ensuite (Upstairs): Walk-in shower, double vanity, and WC. Downstairs Bathroom: Walk-in shower, vanity, and WC. Laundry Fully equipped with an 8.5kg washer, 7kg condenser dryer, and complimentary washing powder and fabric softener. Outdoor Bliss The rear garden is a private oasis with a gas BBQ, al fresco dining area, and plenty of room for kids to run free. Three upstairs bedrooms open onto a shared balcony—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.
