Double Room in heart of Limerick City

Street-facing, clean double room a few minute's walk from the hustle and bustle of Limerick city with all of its bars, restaurants and medieval attractions. The walkway along the Shannon is close by as is Con Colbert train station. There is a bus-stop opposite the house which can take you all over the city or over to the University of Limerick. There is also a rent-a-bike bay on the street. The space The room is on the first floor of a townhouse overlooking the street which can be very busy with traffic. You will have a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities but no access to the kitchen or other spaces excepting the two bathrooms. Currently the house is undergoing some now-and-then renovation works however will not interfere with your stay, e.g. noise etc. There may be others staying in the house and you will be given a bedroom door key for added security. Guest access Parking is on-street. It is free between 6pm in the evening until 9am in the morning during weekdays, and free all weekend. If not parking during the free times, you pay for the street parking via the Limerick City Parking App (€1 per hour); however for all-day parking or more secure parking there are several multistorey car-parks offering day rates. During your stay I am usually present in the house should guests require anything at all. Other things to note The only thing to note is about coming and going - the front door needs to be locked using your key after entry or after exit, it does not automatically lock.
