The apartment is spacious with a part for parents (bathroom, bedroom with a large bed of 160 and terrace on the garden and sea side), a child or adult part (bathroom and bedroom with two single beds) on the other side of the living room. Private descent to the beach, close to shops without the nuisances: butcher, delicatessen, fishmonger, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. in the village within a 5-min walk. The living room and the master bedroom each have a terrace with a very nice sea view, overlooking a large lawn in front of the residence, higher than the beach.
