Awesome Lake and Mountain View One Bedroom with Cool Decor

Insane views across Lake Dillon and toward the Ten Mile Range can't be beat from this top floor one-bedroom. It has been thoughtfully designed in a hip, lakehouse-inspired style. In the summer, hang out on the large lawn with direct lake access for fishing or boating. In the winter, nordic ski out the back door or do the short drive to Copper or Keystone. Cozy up by the fireplace in the evenings. Sleep four on the king bed and pullout. The space There is one flight of stairs to a shared vestibule and one more flight up into the condo. The living area has a sofa bed, tv with HD cable and wifi (for Netflix, etc.), a wood burning stove (wood not provided), and a big deck with insane views that you can't help but stare out at. The bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, and closet. Within the bedroom is a full bathroom stocked with bath products. Note that the bathroom is in the bedroom so if you are sleeping on the sofabed, you have to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook a whole meal. There is an eating bar for three and a two-person dining table. Cool design touches include wood floors throughout, mountain-modern furniture, rock sinks, and vintage lake memorabilia from Grandpa's fishing cabin. The building has a large grassy area with a volleyball court, picnic tables, grills, and lake access. Guest access You have access to the entire property Other things to note This condo is located in an older building that has thin walls so you will hear neighbors and neighbors will hear you. Laundry is coin-op. There is also limited parking. You only get one parking pass and it does not guarantee a space. On busy weekends or holidays, you may have to park 3/4 mile away in overnight parking in the Town of Dillon. It only happens once every year or two and we will reimburse you for parking and uber if you send us receipt.
