Warm welcome to our self- contained one bedroom/bathroom attached to a tropical style residence in the Kennedy Valley only 10 minutes from Cardwell by-the-sea and its cafes, restaurants, pubs and services. The space The deck overlooks a beautiful tropical garden with a large in-ground pool. Resident stone-curlews and other wildlife make the residence unsuitable for pets. Bird life is abundant and privacy is assured. Guest access The accommodation is accessed by a driveway to the back of the house with secure parking for car/boat/trailer. Entrance is via a private deck with a self-catering kitchen and access to both the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom leads into the laundry. Other things to note Favourite cafe is Beachcomber - part of a motel overlooking the water. The Marine hotel, also waterfront, has great pub food & liquor store. Ob La Di has an impressive range of fashion & homewares.
