The Wood's House between Umbria and Tuscany

The house is surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and a 1,000 m² garden. The house is equipped with 2 rooms mezzanine ( the ceilings are high about 5 meters ) and was restored preserving the characteristic local stone . Within a radius of about 25-30 km you will find: Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto, Cetona, San Casciano de' Bagni and many more ... In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana. The space The House in the Woods is a magical place , completely surrounded by nature : it will give you the feeling that time can stop, changing your perception . A place really suitable for those who love nature , with the possibility of beautiful walks in the Umbrian hills and excursions on horseback given the proximity of a farm specializing in horse riding . Guest access We expect the utmost respect both for the interiors, which we take care of with passion, and for the greenery surrounding the farmhouse. Of course, smoking is not permitted in bedrooms, and cigarette butts must be thrown into the ashtray. The droppings of the hosted dogs must be strictly collected and thrown into the undifferentiated. The entire 1,000 m² garden is also fenced for small dogs! Cleaning costs cost €50 for periods of 3 nights or more, otherwise they cost €40 for stays of only 2 nights. In winter, (15 september-15 april) the price of oil heating is calculated at € 30 per day. For requests to change the check in and check out times, after evaluation, a fee of € 15 is required. We do not provide towels and bed linen, except for blankets. If you want to find bed linen and towels, you need to consider € 15 per person per stay . For the stay, the tourist tax of the Municipality of Parrano of € 1 per person per day is required only for the first 2 nights. Other things to note It's reccomended to source shopping before reaching the house in two supermarkets present in Fabro Scalo ( Coop and Eurospin ) I also recommend not booking this accommodation if you are dependent on electronic devices, because we are in the woods and sometimes the connection may not be guaranteed!
