The apartment features 2 bedrooms: one double and one single. The living room includes a large window and a sofa bed for two people. It also offers a modern open-plan kitchen and an en-suite bathroom in the double bedroom. Managed by a professional company for temporary rentals without tourist purposes. The space This cozy apartment offers a comfortable and functional stay for those who want to enjoy Madrid in peace and quiet. It has two bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom (the only one in the entire apartment), split-type air conditioning, and blackout curtains, ideal for a good night's sleep. The second bedroom has a single bed and is separated from the rest of the space by blackout curtains. It doesn't have a door, and some outside noise may be perceived, although the street isn't particularly busy. The floor is wooden, so it's normal to hear some noise when walking. During the cold months, the central heating (activated by the community) keeps the apartment warm. In summer, it has two split-type air conditioners that ensure a cool and comfortable environment. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to prepare your favorite recipes as if you were at home. ✅ Check-In: Access to calls or an internet connection is required to coordinate your arrival and receive assistance if needed. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Check-in instructions will be sent the day before arrival. Other things to note About Cleaning: We want to inform you that our cleaning services are carried out with the highest standards of disinfection and quality, using specialized products for this purpose. Additionally, as we have always done, we guarantee a 100% change of all textiles with each new check-in, including bed linens, towels, bath mats, and even kitchen cloths. Water Heater: The apartment is equipped with an electric water heater that provides hot water. Careful use is recommended to ensure a continuous supply and to enjoy all the comforts.
