This beautiful contemporary home was built with lifestyle & luxury in mind. Open plan living but enough spaces for privacy & enjoyment. Right on the ocean front, it has spectacular views no matter what the weather. Killers and Bruces wave are in front of us!I Gaggenau kitchen, beautiful bar room which leads straight to the pool.. a private path takes you onto the rocks & ocean for dips and nature walks. It’s beautiful! The space Guests have access to all of the living areas and 3 en suite bedrooms, all have beautiful sea views and privacy. Guest access The pool is set on the deck and is easily accessed from the house. There is a pool cover for families with children. The pool can be heated but this will come at an extra charge if at all possible, with load shedding!
