Gîte de charme /Proche Annecy, Genève Nice lodge/Close to Annecy, Geneva The space Our cottage is located in the heart of the Savoie between its beautiful lakes and mountains. You can shine in both departments , Switzerland and Italy, and enjoy many winter sports resorts (in season). You'll be staying in the countryside in a peaceful and relaxing environment. The apartment is adjoining our house but totally independent. (with parking space for your vehicle). You can ask us for advice or assistance if needed, but enjoy calm and independence in your small private garden and terrace. (a barbecue is also available). Apartment: 62 m² for 4 to 6 people. Living room / kitchen area. TV, coffee makers, microwave, Combined freezer fridge, dishwasher, toaster, private washing machine etc... , Internet. 1 Independent bedroom: 2 beds of 90 cm, 1 Master bedroom: 1 bed of 140 cm In the living room: 1 convertible sofa bed of 140 cm. Linens provided. Available for your stay: coffee, tea, organic jam, organic honey. Condiments for cooking: organic olive oil, salt, pepper, and following season, fresh little herbs from the garden. No pets allowed. If you are hikers, skiers or cyclists, we are located in the Bornes Mountains with the Glières plateau ( high place of the resistance ) 15 km away. The Aravis Mountains and its Croix-Fry, Grand-Bornand and Clusaz winter sports resorts are 30 km away. You can also discover the richness of our heritage: - Annecy, notre "Venise des Alpes" - Chambéry, the city of the Dukes of Savoy our baroque churches, our castles and our military forts... We're surrounded by exceptional natural cities: - Chamonix, Mont-Blanc and its glaciers - Sixt and its huge waterfalls - Yvoire, a medieval city by Lake Geneva. - The Bauges and Vanoise natural parks with protected fauna and flora... We will be happy to advise you according to your desires. Spoken foreign languages: English ________________ Our lodge is located in the heart of Savoy/Northern Alpes, lakes and beautiful mountains, in a peacefull village near by Annecy, and close to plenty of lovely places. (Chamonix, Italy, Switzerland). The flat adjoins our house but stay totally independant. You will be free to ask us anything anytime, as much as forgetting us if you want to rest in calm and peace. Terrace and yard privatised, as well as a barbecue to enjoy great warm summer evening. The flat can welcome 4 to 6 people. You’ll find two rooms (1 parental room with double bed + 1 room with twin beds that can be reunited + 1 confortable convertible sofa). It is 62 m2 with all equipment you will need to spend a great stay. Car parking available. You will find all the first needs you need for breakfast (nice coffee and tea, jam, honey, bread), as well as condiments and fresh seasonal garden herbs.

 Pets are not permitted. 
 For nice and lovely hike, cycling (skying on winter) you will find a lot of close beautiful spots like : Plateau des Glières, Massif des Aravis, Mont Blanc, Chamonix, Massif des Bauges, Massif de la Vanoise, Massif du Jura, Sixt with its waterfalls...
