This spacious room overlooking Water Lilly Park has a private kitchen and deck and is situated at the rear of the house. The park has a lake, tennis court, BBQ area and children's playground. Off street parking is available. We have gorgeous surfing beaches, rivers and restaurants here and in near-by Brunswick Heads and Byron Bay which offers a variety of experiences. There is a world-class golf course at Ocean Shores Country Club only 2 min drive away. The space This freshly renovated room is light and breezy with glass doors opening to the private deck and pool decks. It is north-east facing with views over Water Lilly Park. The small kitchen has a servery opening to the deck, creating relaxed open air dinning option. Guest access Guests will have access to a pool, bathroom and off street car parking. Additionally they will have there own private deck and kitchen. During your stay As the shared amenities are located at the front of the house there will be some interaction. Although the room itself is self-contained so there is plenty of opportunity for privacy. Other things to note My son lives with me and I have two friendly cats. The steps to the property maybe a little steep for some guests. Children are welcome and folding bed is available.
