A very safe residential area. The entrance has one main gate to the garden that it is always locked and a separate locked door to the apartment. Keys are located on a safe box which guest will receive a personalized code for unlocking and checking in any time 24hrs. Full privacy and completely separated from the rest of the house. Other things to note - Safe box big enough for a computer and all your important belongings located inside the closet. Personal programmable code - Charging station for your phone, laptop, iPad or any device with USB (6ports) charging located next to the bed. - There is street parking available in front of the apartment. - Normal street parking, it is a quiet street and normally there is plenty of space to park. - There is space for parking bicycles inside in a separate small room next to the garage - Classic cars can park inside the garage just let me know in advance
