Wonderful apartment just steps from the Colosseum!

Elegant and luxurious, the Minerva holiday home is located in one of the historic districts of Rome. It is ideal for those who love large spaces but at the same time want to be in a strategic position to visit the city and want to savor the delicious dishes typical of the wonderful restaurants in the area. The apartment is located in a 19th century building, the spaces are bright and comfortable. Renovated in 2018, the apartment is very cozy and spacious and although it is located in the center it is quiet and peaceful as the windows are facing an internal courtyard and all are double-glazed.  The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people: it is composed of 2 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning; large open-plan kitchen with living area with sofa and LED TV; two bathrooms, one of which is smaller, adjoining a room with a stone floor shower, built-in sink and a large bathroom with walk-in shower (170x70), built-in sink and bidet Guest access Will be made available to guests, sheets and duvets, 3 towels of different sizes for each guest, shampoo, shower gel, soap and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. Guests have access to the WIFI service and the washing machine.
