Single room in 17th century house

We rent out a room in a 16th century house in the village of Barna near Plesio (CO). The room has one bed with the possibility to add another one (20 euros/night), a washbasin, a shared bathroom, a living room and a large kitchen to be shared with the other guests. Extra charge for heating till the 31st of May is included in the daily price. It's in a very silent and peaceful place, ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers. In Barna there are only houses and the church in the center of the village. The closest bar/restaurant/pizzera is in the center of Plesio, at two kilometers distance. In Menaggio (7 km) there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The best way to reach Barna is by car, From Menaggio there is a bus service that arrives directly in Barna (but not on Sunday and on holidays). We are completely available to accompany our guests or to pick them up in Menaggio when needed. Guest access Our guests have at their disposal a bedroom with a single bed and a handbasin, a shared bathroom and a living room. The large kitchen is to be shared with other guests. The rooms are on three floors and are connected by internal stairs. In the house there are also other rooms where it's possible to host groups of people or large families. Parking place at about 200-300 meters of unpaved road. Our guests have at their disposal a large garden with trees, with the possibility to make long walks and horse rides (10 km away). During your stay We live on the third floor of the same house. We're happy to interact with our guests, or they can be totally independent from us and keep their privacy if they wish.
