The village itself offers two small taverns and a mini market. The house is situated in the middle of a beautifully landscaped garden surrounded by a natural stone wall above an olive grove. From here you can see the entire north coast from Sidari in the west to the lake of Agios Spiridon in the east and beyond. In summer, the house is ideal because it is not quite as hot and less humid in winter. The two-story, approx. 70 sqm house was lovingly renovated by the owners, Spiros and Ursula, and offers every conceivable comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped. Mosquito screens and air conditioning complete the furnishings. On the ground floor is the open kitchen with adjoining living room and dining area. Upstairs is the spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe as well as a bright and also very spacious bathtub. From the hallway you have access to the porch. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, 4-plate stove (gas) with oven, iron and ironing board. In addition, TVs (with German programs) as well as books and board games are available for your pastime. There is plenty of parking available for your car. The house is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed.
