The house is situated in the middle of a large garden with high palm trees, sea view to Africa and Gibraltar, outdoor pool, exotic trees, orange trees and many flowers. In only 5 min walk: golf, football, squash, tennis, caves, three supermarkets, shops, banks, children's playground, taxi, bus, restaurants and bars. In 15 min walk: sandy beaches and the historical old town-center of Marbella. Casa Benty offers 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms: main house composed by 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, living room with garden and sea views, kitchen and toilet; and an apartment between the entrance gate and the main house, composed by 1 bedroom and 1 ensuite bathroom. In the main house sleeps 4 persons and in the guests apartment can sleep 1- 2 persons. In the garage you will find an extra bed, cot, children car seats, swim help, beach toys and sun umbrellas. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is underfloor-heating under the marble floors (including the apartment), indoor and outdoor open fireplaces (BBQ). There is a separate laundry room for washing and ironing to avoid disturbing the guests. Linen is changed weekly. The gardeners works daily and clean the private pool, and once a week take away the garbage. A carport at the entrance protects 1-2 cars. A library in 4 languages with travel and sight-seeing information, 2 SAT-TVs, free internet access, DVD player, games, music, will guaranty a pleasant relaxing stay! There is a BBQ on the South facing furnished terrace, 6-8 sun beds for the garden. The 1200 m2 tropical garden is secured and fenced. On guests request, the pool can be also fenced.
