The upper level has a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and opens onto the covered alfresco dining area with gas barbecue. The open plan living/dining area has split air conditioning system, TV, DVD and a ceiling fan. The living room opens onto the side balcony. Bedroom one is upstairs with a queen bed, the bathroom has a shower and a toilet. On the ground floor, bedroom two has a double bed, bedroom three has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. All of the beds are made up with linens and towels for the bathrooms, you just need to bring along your own beach towels. The ground floor living area has another split system air conditioning unit, a stereo, TV and DVD with Wi-Fi and Netflix. The laundry has top loading washing machine and a dryer. There is a second bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Sandcastle has an enclosed courtyard with off street access. Tuncurry is a great place to explore with great access to the lake for kayaking, surfing beaches or the rock pool for a family friendly swim. Seal Rocks and Booti Booti National Park make for great day trips with local cellar doors and great local produce available.
