Beautiful newly renovated detached house in the heart of the nature reserve area of the Vincentine Coast in Algarve, just 7 minutes from the south beaches of Ingrina and Zavial, and 10 minutes from the West Coast beaches of Sagres, Castelejo and many others. It has a front patio with panoramic views of the rolling hills around Raposeira, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner or barbecue, and your well deserved sunset drinks. It is ideal for relaxing, surf, sup, golf, hike, cycle etc. The space The house is fully equipped, (We have a temporary issue with our oven so we will replace it after the second week of January), there is a double room with an on-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom with a shower/bath, an open kitchen with a living room with a sofa/double bed which has plenty of windows and doors for natural light and views. For those who are feeling active, there is a sheltered open air space with a gym so feel free to use it. It is equipped with a TV with satellite channels and fast fibre optic wifi. The house is located 800 meters from Raposeira, where you will find a few restaurants, a Spar convenience store, a surf shop and a cash machine. You can drive 2 km to Vila do Bispo, where you will find more restaurants, Lidl, pharmacy, bank etc. It is located 10km from Sagres and 20km from Lagos. It is a very quiet place where you can hear the birds chirping on the orange tree and you can often see the goats and cows grazing around the hills. With eco-friendliness in mind there is a solar panel for your hot water. It is a perfect place to simply relax and unwind or to fully immerse yourself in activities such as surfing, kite surfing, suping, cycling, hiking, diving, golf, bird watching, horse riding, etc... Other things to note The solar panel is a great idea for a Sunny place such as Algarve, and it should supply enough hot water for your needs. If the hot water lever falls below a certain level and there is not enough sun to heat it, there is an automatic electric heater that switches on inside the water tank. Please bear in mind that as the Solar water tank is located at the back of the house, it take around 30 seconds to arrive to the bathrooms and 40 seconds to arrive at the kitchen.
