*Almost full until July 2026* We are a couple of 45+ year old businessmen. We host executives visiting Panama for work or business, university students on internships, and expats waiting for their new home. In their free time they go sightseeing and enjoy a clean and organized place at home. We are in the center - close to everything, but next to a park where you wake up with the singing of the birds. Our neighborhood El Cangrejo is known for being sensitive and welcoming to the different cults The space We make sure that during your stay you are comfortable and safe so that you have the best experience. The building has 24/7 security, a water tank reserve and amenities such as a gym, game room, event room, swimming pool and social area with Free Wi-Fi. Please note that the apt is in downtown and next to the park, there is going to be the normal city noise. The park offers free aerobics and Zumba classes, multicultural activities, a walking area, activities, outdoor exercise machines, casual basketball games, or just hammocks to relax under the trees. La Vía Argentina offers a cheerful, active and enjoyable atmosphere with its cafes, a variety of restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacies and numerous pubs to enjoy. Guest access Inside the apartment we have created space for you and your things, but we share common areas such as the balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and laundry. The guest bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest. During your stay As entrepreneurs, we work long hours and are always on the go, but we are available if you need us. Other things to note We are a home and work long hours from our home office, so it is important to maintain a quiet environment. We are not a party lodging, dating house, or similar. Due to building policies, all visitors must carry a QR invitation to enter the building. This is done through an app that only owners use. Please check with us if you need to receive visitors, as you need our consent.
