Fewo Aying "A" / Munich Southeast /S-Bahn

Our modern apartment covers up to 5 guests and it's equipment is up to date. There is a bedroom with double bed, a livingkitchen with 3 single bedsofas and a bathroom equipped with an XXL shower The public transport is in walking distance. There is an EV charger in the drive available (charged). The space The separate apartment is located in the souterrain level of a single house (built 2006) in Duerrnhaar (Aying). The big windows and the southeast orientation give the inside a friendly and bright effect. The sleeping room has a bed, 1,60 m width and a small cupboard. The living kitchen has 3 single studio coaches, (0,80 m), table, satellite LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stove, refrigerator, freezer and sink. Additionally there is a coffee machine, toaster, nespresso machine and water heater. All rooms have floor heating and shutters. The car can be parked in front of the house on our property. There is a EV charger available. The S-Bahn railway station is in walking distance (7minutes). This is a non-smoking and pet-free location. There is free Wifi available. The small village of Dürrnhaar is surrounded by woods which are very nice for walking and cycling. The village of Aying (5 min. by car) with it's brewery and marvellous Alp mountain panorama, has some very nice Bavarian food places and beer garden. For those who like to go for King Ludwigs castle, can reach Nymphenburg palace or Herrenchiemsee in ca. 45 min. by car. The local train station gives you a quick lift to middle of Munich's city (Marienplatz), where you can relax, while enjoying a beer at the Hofbrauhaus, go for some shopping in the shopping area or visit cultural places. For the youngsters and techies in your family, don't miss the Deutsches Museum in Munich. It is Europes largest technology museum and can easily satisfy a rainy day. The village of Dürrnhaar is the perfect place between Munich and the mountains.
