The space Maiden Cottage is a fully modernised Victorian townhouse with pretty bedrooms, art and antiques, a sitting-dining room and a pleasant southwest facing garden (by request). CURRENTLY, there are TWO double bedrooms available on first floor. Solitude has a kingsize bed. Sanctuary has a king or two singles. Single Snug may be available at weekends. Modern bath/shower room with roll top bath is on the first floor. The annexe (available by request BEFORE booking) is a bed-sitting room behind the kitchen with garden aspect. It is furnished with a single bed, arm chair, TV, and shower room/loo. Access to the kitchen for tea/coffee and continental breakfast foods, from 7-10am. Cleaning charge is £10 per room per booking. Rooms will be ready by 4pm on the day of your arrival. Guest access Help yourself to continental breakfast foods, coffee/tea from 7:30-9:00 am. Access to the garden is by request. Rooms will be ready by 4pm on the day of your arrival. During your stay I hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chichester. If I am not available to welcome you at the time of check in, there will be a key in the lockbox. Please REPLACE the lockbox key for the next guest and the cleaner. Other things to note I have a sweet little fluffy white Coton de Tulear Phoebe. She is a 'hypoallergenic' breed. She does not shed.
