The space Situated in the central and upmarket neighbourhood of Gandhi Nagar, Adyar offer first-class 3 Bedroom serviced apartments for business and leisure travellers. There are 6 apartments over 3 floors - 2 on each floor. Each apartment is a fully furnished and fully air-conditioned 3Bhk flat with all the modern amenities and service for top level corporate executives. The building is tucked away from the traffic on the main road and has a simple, minimalistic and modern design that at once strikes you as modern and well-maintained. Each apartment has a large living room with couches and sofas that can comfortably seat 6-8 people. There is also a centre - table in the living room. The dining room is an extension of the living space and has a 6 seater dining table with chairs. At the end of the dining space is a balcony with sliding doors. The bedrooms are on either side of the living/dining space - 2 on one side and one on the other. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned , and has a new and comfortable double bed, with fresh white linen and blankets. The lighting is soft and pleasing. There is also a work table with a lamp for people to work. All the bathrooms are very modern, well-maintained and have the latest hardware. They have separate shower enclosures so that the rest of the bathroom is clean and dry. We provide towels and all the essential toiletries. Hot water facility is also available. We also have a fully equipped and functional kitchen for those who want to cook their own food. One essential feature is that we offer room service very much like star hotels. We clean the house everyday and change the towels and linen even while guests are staying. Our staff are just a phone call away. Guests can also use the terrace and other common facilities. Guests will not be allowed access to other apartments in the building. Other things to note - The allotment of the apartments is based strictly on availability and at our discretion. You will not have the option to choose a particular floor or apartment. However, if there is availability, then we will be happy to accommodate your preference. - Breakfast is complimentary. We have both South & North Indian options on our menu. We serve only vegetarian food. - Lunch and dinner can also be served at extra cost. - Mattress can be arranged for 3 additional people - 1 per room - @ Rs. 500 per night per person. However, the max occupancy is 9 for the entire apartment. - Newspaper will be given for every house. We offer 2-3 different leading dailies. - We can arrange transport within the city at extra cost.
