Splendid home, in a 19th century building, quiet and recently renewed, at Saint Michel. 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame, Louvre Museum, Saint Germain des Prés, Luxembourg gardens. Direct train to Eiffel Tower, Orsay Museum, Versailles Palace and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with air dryer and brand new Air Conditioning. Excellent location to visit Paris. The space 120 meters square big, our home was designed by an architect and has AC. Enjoy the arty living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom with its private beautiful bathroom (bath and shower) and top new bedding, the 2 kids rooms (OK also for adults not too big!). The mezzanine, full of light, with sofa and low table, is perfect to drink a french "apéritif". I'm sorry we cannot host kids under 2 unless you provide a crib and be very careful of your toddler : our apartment includes metallic stairway that might be a danger for his security. Our place is a real home, not a apartment to be rented full time. We are happy to share it with you, so please take care of it!
