Cosy king sized bed, luxury bathroom, incredible bath with hand-made bath bomb waiting for you & mini kitchenette. The perfect place to relax! Private & quiet. Access coastal walkways & the beach via a private track. 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins from the center of town. Light breakfast included. Relax, unwind & recharge whether you are a Christchurch local looking for a beach get away or from out of town. Perfect for summer or a cosy winter escape. We require all guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please send us verification of this in your booking message. Mini kitchenette includes- fridge, microwave, jug, large bench space, no sink. Large luxury bathroom includes- incredible deep bath, shower, vanity & toilet. Small private courtyard with hill views complete with table & chairs. A light continental breakfast is included for each morning of your stay. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate (& marshmallows of course), milk, cereals & fruit are provided. The studio is located on the ground floor of our home & is a totally separate quiet & private unit. PLEASE NOTE There is a stone path way & 8 stairs to access the studio as we are on a hill site so our studio maybe not suitable for you if you have mobility challenges.
