1 bedroom modern apartment in central Manchester

We have a lovely modern 1 bedroom apartment (for up to 3) close to central Manchester with WIFI and large tv. Walking distance to the city centre and set in a modern and secure complex .Bedding, towels , toiletries and cooking utensils are all provided .It is 10 mins walk to the Arndale shopping centre. There is also limited free parking on the street outside or a couple of carparks opp for £2/£3 per day. The space The apartment will be for the guests private use. There is a large double room and bed, wardrobes and a single high comfortable airbed which is prepared on request (and can be made up in the lounge or bedroom) if 3 people are staying and there is an extra charge for .There is a large bathroom with a shower / bath. An open plan lounge and kitchen, and outside balcony with chairs and table. Guest access The whole apartment is for their private use and the gardens and waterfeature areas outside are communal to residents of the building. The complex is secure , and a key fob is required to enter the garden complex and building. Anyone who books will be sent full check in instructions and a code to collect the key from the Steven Charles Snooker hall Other things to note Apartment has WIFi and large TV. When Booking the apartment i usually require a minimum of 7 nights but if you would like to book less and it is available please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. EXTRA SERVICES Please note for checking out later than 11am there is a fee of £15 until 1pm. Also an earlier checkin than 3 pm will be a supplement of £10.00 RULES Also VERY STRICTLY NO smoking of any type in tne apartment or on tne balcony . NO candles or incense sticks , burners and no barbecues allowed in apartments, in balcony or on premises anywhere
