The property in which the accommodation is offered is a 1930's 3 bedroomed semi with a loft conversion where the owners sleep. Guests will have a private bathroom adjacent to their room. The road is quiet and within 3 minutes of a Tesco Express and the city centre an easy walk.. The space Georgina and Cliff are happy to offer a friendly welcome to our comfortable house. Guest access Alongside their room, equipped with TV and hair drier, guests have a private bathroom with shower. Guests have access to all facilities in the kitchen (including washing machine and tumble drier) and we are happy to provide unlimited tea, coffee, toast etc. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the garden and use the bar-b-que area where they can smoke if they wish to.
