The space Accommodation located on the ground floor, it includes an entrance with storage cupboard, a living room with a drawer bed (160 cm bed unfolded). An open, equipped and furnished kitchen (microwave/grill), refrigerator, ceramic hob, extractor hood. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. A large terrace. Private parking in the residence. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note We do not provide sheets but you can rent them at the rate of €15 for the complete bedding kit, or come with your own sheets. You will find carpets and tea towels on site. The keys are to be collected at our agency, the rental workshop located at 1 Avenue de Colmar in La Rochelle from 4 p.m. and to be returned to us at 11 a.m. maximum on the day of your departure.
