The rooftop will amaze you with its spectacular views and sunsets overlooking the sea and the islands of S'Espartar and Bleda (on a clear day, you can even see the Spanish mainland!)  The house is very comfortable to accommodate up to 6 people, with its 3 bedrooms. Perfect for a family with kids or a group of responsible adults. Well distributed, the house has, on the 1st floor, a master bedroom with a large bed as well as 1 bedroom with 2 beds and the bathroom with bathtub, access to the roof top furnished with beds, table cushions, and a shade sail. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets. 1 small bedroom on the ground floor with 2 beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A large well-equipped kitchen opens to the dining room. The living room opens out onto the covered terrace and garden with artificial turf, sun loungers and an outdoor shower that will allow you to rinse off after the beach, and to rinse off before entering the hot tub. The highlight of this villa is its private jacuzzi in the garden, with a semi-opening circular dome, to offer you the ultimate relaxation experience. Relax in the hot tub while taking in the views of the horizon or the stars and moon, in all seasons. The garden gives access to the large community pool, which is nearby 20 meters, perfect for cooling off when returning from the beach.  1 private outdoor parking space, it is right next to the entrance. Street parking is free. Just an 8-minute drive to the bohemian village of San Jose with its shops, banks, bars, Ibiza Town, Playa den Bossa and San Antonio are all just a few minutes' drive away, making it extremely well located. Tarida Beach also has restaurants, small supermarkets and a pharmacy.  The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning (hot and cold) DEPOSIT: security deposit of €1000, this amount will be returned once it has been verified that there has been no damage to the house. If not, the deposit will be used to repair the inconvenience. Self check-in.  Important rules & information: Check-in: 4 p.m. Checkout: 11 a.m. You will have to occupy the accommodation and behave in a prudent and responsible manner Warning! No parties, no excessive noise and no noisy evenings are allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside, in the hot tub and on the artificial turf. Smoking is limited to the terraces or roof terrace. If you do not follow these rules, a penalty will be applied for the costs of damages and cleaning. Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the contract. Baby cot and high chair available (included on request). Additional bathrobe and towels for the hot tub (options on request). Final cleaning, €250. Dishes should be left clean and tidy. Garbage cans taken out. Doors and windows closed Lights and air conditioning off. For long stays, (from 7 days) linens and towels are changed weekly. If you need additional cleaning or laundry, please let us know and we will arrange it with the company, but this is not included.  HOT TUB If necessary, you will need to allow access during your stay to a technician to ensure the good quality of the hot tub water. No drinking, smoking and eating inside the hot tub,  Shower and rinse off sand and any cosmetics before using the hot tub. Water quality depends on proper use. Only glasses and plastic objects may be used. Taking a shower before using the hot tub will preserve the quality of the water for longer. Surfaces surrounding spa facilities can be slippery. Avoid drinking alcohol while using the hot tub. Maintaining the water level allows the jets to function efficiently. The water temperature should NEVER exceed 40°C. A spa session should not last more than 15–20 minutes. Respect the maximum number of 4 people allowed in the hot tub at all times. Take a shower before and after your session.  Alarm is disabled in your presence. Guest access All the accommodation, and the common areas of the urbanization.
