Villa Il Signorile Portofino by KlabHouse is a charming private villa surrounded by a large park with a private swimming pool and an extraordinary view at 360° which will give you the opportunity to live a unique experience staying in the Portofino Natural Park, just a few meters from the famous harbor, the “Piazzetta” and from Brown Castle. The Villa is composed of 3 floors, offers 7 bedrooms ( 6 double, 1 single room) with air conditioning and several dining areas , with both internal and external views, where you can enjoy wonderful lunch and dinner watching the beautiful landscape of Portofino . Car is not necessary but in case you have it, the Villa offers one private spot, which is located inside the public parking of Portofino. In case you need more spots, the costs is about € 35,00 per car per day. Paraggi beach it is at only 3 km away so you can reach it by a nice walk of 15 minutes or by 2 bus stops. Other things to note Please note that there are some rules to ensure that the staff is able to run the household perfectly during your stay. * No parties may be held at the house. * The maximum number of guests permitted in the Villa is 10 including any 'day guests'. This is to ensure that the villa is run both safely and smoothly. Regrettably no exceptions can be made. * There is a standard rental agreement that can be pre-mailed to guests who have reserved in advance, or provided at check in. We will also require ID of all guests staying at the property as required by Italian law. * Check ins are by appointment only. Check in time is from 3PM to 8PM. We ask you for your cooperation in communicating your arrival time and updating us in case of delays. Please make sure that we have a phone number or email that you will have access to while traveling. Check ins after 8PM must be approved in advance and will be subject to an extra charge. Check ins later that 23:00 are not possibile. * The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €2.50 per person, per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first ten days in the destination. * The maximum number of guests that can be served at meal times is the number of guests for which the reservation was made. If you have special requests for hosting, please let us know in advance. * Please be respectful of the neighbouring properties and do not play any music after 23:00. * There is a standard rental agreement that can be pre-mailed to guests who have reserved in advance, or provided at check in. We will also require ID of all guests staying at the property as required by Italian law. * Final Cleaning Fee: also includes the provision of bed linen and towels for all the guests, the check-in/check-out and the assistance during the stay. * Deposit: upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of € 2.500 that will be returned on the day of departure after inventory verification and after any deduction of possible damage caused to the dwelling. * Local Tax: the price does not include: € 2 (over 15) per night to be paid upon check-in.
