Palatinate forest right outside the door and a bright, cozy large apartment. Our house from 1890/1970 was built, renovated 2023/2024. The apartment still has a nice old, oiled real wood floor, so please only wear slippers in the apartment. Our apartment of 160 sqm + terrace of 42 sqm is located in Lambrecht, which in turn is located in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve. All around Lambrecht are beautiful wine villages. Train station/shops/doctor/pharmacy within walking distance. The bakery is opposite. Forest approx. 3 min. The space You are completely undisturbed in the house. The apartment is located above a commercial unit/advertising technology Non-smoking apartment, smoking only on the terrace! There are 2 TVs available in the apartment. (1x 1st floor and, if necessary, more than 4 people 1x 2nd floor) First floor: - Hallway, wardrobe, storage room for 2-3 bicycles 2nd floor: - Large kitchen with dining area with access to the terrace, - Large bathroom/shower and tub, washing machine, towels, with access to the terrace, - Terrace: large table, chairs, parasol, charcoal grill - Large living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, table, dining table, reading corner, closet/games with TV and stereo system. 1st floor = 3 bedrooms - 1 large bedroom double bed 180 cm, large wardrobe with adjoining baby room with baby bed. - 1 x single room/bed 90 x 200, bedside table, wardrobe, reading corner with armchair - 1 x single room/bed 90 x 200, nightstand, dresser, armchair !!!! 3rd floor = 2 bedrooms and will be opened as needed If you want 4 single rooms, it must be booked for 5 guests. If you want 5 single rooms, it must be booked for 6 guests. - Large bedroom with double bed 160 cm, wardrobe and reading corner. - Small bedroom (passageway into the large bedroom) with living room, with TV, 2 armchairs, coffee table, shelf, bed 90 x 200. - All beds are made with fresh linens, 2 pillows for each person. - For those who feel the cold, there are extra blankets in the closets :-) ---see pictures--- In the kitchen you will find everything you need. Stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, microwave, toaster, stirrer and hand blender. There are plenty of dishes, glasses (beer, wine, spritzer, etc.) available. In addition, all basic spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee and tea are available for the first few days. Baking paper, plastic wrap and aluminum foil, dishwashing detergent also available for the machine. Dish towels and dishcloths, etc. In the bathroom is everything you need, shower and bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, bath mats (cotton), toilet paper, soap, shampoo, facial tissues, detergent and first aid kit. On the terrace (for your own use) there are 6 chairs, 1 bench, 1 table, barbecue and 2 parasols. (Grill, parasols and chair cushions only from April 1 - October 1) The terrace is partially covered. You can look from the terrace into the Palatinate Forest and into the old town of Lambrecht. The fountain is located below the terrace. There is a bakery right opposite the apartment, where you can buy delicious rolls in the morning. Guest access Our guests have their own entrance on the first floor (with storage for up to 2 bicycles) 2nd floor: up to 4 guests 2nd floor: Private entrance on the first floor, with storage room for max. 2-3 bicycles 2nd floor up to 4 people, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace If desired, extra bed 3rd floor from the 5th guest The 2nd floor is opened from the 5th paying guest (then room 4), If you need 4 single rooms, it must be booked for 5 guests and you must inform us. If you need 5 single rooms, you must book for 6 guests and let us know. (then room 3) Other things to note Room 4 on the 2nd floor is a passage room with a bed 90 x 200, 2 armchairs, table, shelf and TV.
