Room in Chrysopolitissa -close to the beach

Please read the offer! The flat is 30 meters from Akis Express,Chrysopolitissa 18.On the map is not real location:(The apartment is located in the central but quiet part of Larnaca. Near the apartment there is a mini market, pharmacy, internet center,gym,bus stop connecting all cities on the island and the police station. It is 15 minutes walk from the beach Finikoudes.All attractive touristic spots are within walking distance: St. Lazarus, port Marina, Castel The space The apartment has three rooms, kitchen and shared bathroom. I am in one of the rooms and the other two are for rent!It is on the second floor,no lift ! Guest access House amenities include: Towels Bed linen kitchen appliances:refrigerator, micro,toaster,cooker,deshes and cutlery,free coffee and tea,spices.Air conditioning has an extra charge, €10 per day !if you'll use it only for sleeping at the night ( maximum 12 hours) then is half price-5€)As we are three rooms, the kitchen is only used for preparing simple and quick things. If you plan to fry all day, please look for another place. During your stay I am available on chat.I respect privacy and expect the same from guests :) Other things to note Because of the many scammers, please give a brief introduction, where are you from, who are you coming with,purpose of the trip.If you work from home, your job shouldn't bother me and the other guests! The place is simple and if you expect luxury and have pretensions, look somewhere else !The room has its own lock.The balcon can be used from 7am till 11 at the night!
