Blue Wren

Blue Wren is located at beautiful Second Valley with stunning views of the rolling hills with glimpses of the sea. No algal bloom. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, kiosk and playground. The secluded beach has jetty, great for swimming, snorkelling, fishing. A grove of trees is on other side of road, so pleasant view from the large deck. Second Valley is close to cafes, hotels and restaurants in Yankalilla and Normanville. Beautiful sunsets and bird life. The space Blue Wren is a 2 storey house with open plan living, dining and kitchen on ground floor. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a third toilet. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs with queen sized beds. the master has an en-suite and private balcony. There are beautiful views of the rolling hills and glimpses of the ocean. The house is air conditioned and has a gas heater downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 with double beds and 1 room with bunk beds. Doonas, covers, tea towels, hand towels, bath mats and pillows provided. The house would suit couples , families or small groups of people. Sliding doors open to a large deck out the front with large table and umbrella. Sliding doors open to paved area out the back with festoon lights around garden. There is also a large dining table and chairs for use out the back. Pizza oven can be used except in summer or fire ban season. There is also a gas barbeque, wood barbeque pit and fire pit to sit around when cool. Check-in 3pm and check-out 10.00 Guest access Guests have access to whole house except for shed. Guests are requested not to access bedrooms not set up for stay. There is a large front deck with umbrella, seating and dining table and back paved area also has dining table and chairs. Other things to note We are on rain water, therefore no baths are to be had during summer months. No extra guests to stay. House suits a maximum of 8 people. No parties. No pets No smoking in house.
