Contemporary villa

House 5 minutes walk from the village of Sollacaro: large living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, toilet, outdoor terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views. The space Located on a very steep 3000 m2 plot, the house is built on a promontory. It overlooks the Taravo Valley and opens onto an immense panorama that successively reveals the mountain, the valley, the sea and finally, silhouetted against the sky, the village. This strong nature contrasts with the simplicity of the house, all on one level and each space communicates with the outside. It's actually our second home. We go there as often as possible. And we rent it when we are not there. It is a place that we love infinitely; a very personal house that we ourselves designed since we are architects. We rent it as we live in it. You'll find everything we use, from everyday items to books, CDs and everything hanging on the walls. The house sleeps 6 people maximum. It has 3 bedrooms, two each with a 140 cm bed and the third with two 90 cm beds. All rooms open onto the terrace, including the bathroom. In summer, when it is hot, large white curtains shade the facade. An outdoor shower (with hot water) allows you to wash while contemplating the landscape. Guest access Access to the whole house. Other things to note The house is rented only from Saturday to Saturday and for a week, two weeks or three weeks maximum.
