Low-Budget Studio in City Center + perfect Balcony

Cozy & Low Budget Studio for 2 people in the heart of Prishtina Center, across the 5 star "Swiss Diamond Hotel." Fantastic Location & Awesome Balcony overlooking Mother Theresa Boulevard . PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE DESCRIPTION AND THE DETAILS!! The space This is a typical Prishtina style small studio apartment, one of the first to have been built in old Prishtina in 1950s. It is located on the 1st floor & it has a very nice & big balcony overlooking the Main Prishtina City Center Boulevard. Of course, the balcony is my favorite part of the apartment. The rest of it is small, but very practical & that's perfect, since you'll probably be out all day & return in the evening (for a nice glass of wine on the balcony - if I may suggest) :) The location is fantastic (1 min away from Prishtina's busiest street, Mother Theresa Boulevard). It is Centrally located next to the "National Theater" & "Parliament Hall," coolest city bars & the 5-star Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina with restaurant & Spa. You've got yourself, a well equipped kitchenette, with 4 burner stove, kettle, 2 Pull-Out Sofa's - which become 2 Queen size-d bed (really comfortable); an old-school bathroom with a bathtub & a washing machine, soap, shampoo, hair dryer; towels and bed linen, as well as wifi & TV! With this price, can you ask for more? - Look at the pictures and BOOK!! Guest access The entire apartment is up for guest use & is not shared with anyone else. Nevertheless, the apartment is not primarily set up for guests, as I do keep my personal belongings there as well, but they are locked up in a cupboard. Other things to note I provide: bed linens, 1 bath towel & 1 face towel for each guest, 1 or 2 dishcloths.
