This cozy apartment with some unique details offers everything you need and more. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, pots, tableware, basics (salt, sugar, tea, coffee ...) leaves enough place for a small dining area. Comfortable bedroom has sleeping arrangements for up to three people, with a 170 cm wide bed for two and a cozy single bed (single bed is for the third person and charged extra). Additionally, there is a closet with extra blankets and free space for your personal belongings, as is flat tv with international and local programs to enjoy in. Bathroom provides large shower and a washing machine. Towels, shampoo, toilet paper, washing powder/capsules included. We also offer ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The place is air conditioned, soundproof and has lightproof blinds. Unlimited wifi is accessible in all parts of the apartment and is complimentary. You can enjoy the air of the Mediterranean on the small terrace in front of the apartment. Apartment is situated in the center of the Old Town, but in a quiet and safe street, overlooking the yard in front of the building and just steps away from the sea. Bedroom offers a magnificent view of the most popular monuments: St Donatus dome, Cathedral bell tower and St Mary bell tower. Public parking is available all around, across the street or behind the building, hourly and daily tickets easily accessible. Old town bus station is a few minutes walk from the apartment. All major attractions, as well as main bus terminal, hospital, beach and much more are within walking distance. Guest access My guests have full access to the apartment. They can freely use all rooms of the apartment and common terrace. Other things to note The apartment is located on the fourth floor, and has no elevator. We have hosted many people during the years of renting, all of which had no problem with climbing the stairs, but rather considering it as a small exercise :) Usual check in time is from 3 pm. Eventual EARLY CHECK IN (prior to 1 pm) MUST be arranged before arrival, and is only possible if apartment is not occupied at the moment. Early check in is paid 10 EUR upon arrival or through Airbnb. Usual check out time is til 10 am. Eventual LATE CHECK OUT (after 11 pm) MUST be arranged before departure, and is only possible if apartment is not occupied at the moment. In that case, guests are free to stay til 1 pm. Late check out is paid 15 EUR before departure or through Airbnb.
