Centrally located Flat near Warschauer Brücke

My flat is conveniently located in the heart of Friedrichshain close to major transport hubs (Warschauer Strasse S/U Bahn, Bus and Tram). The area is known for its restaurants and bars and of course Clubs. The East Side Mall is in walking distance of 10 min. The flat is on the 4th floor in a typical berlin old style building complete with exposed brickwork, high ceilings, wooden floors and all the comforts of a modernised home. The space Its a 3 bedroom flat. One Bedroom is used for Airbnb guests. I have a flatmate which uses the other room. From time to time my 9 year old daugther is with us. Otherwise i work and live in the house. My office is on the ground floor. The house was renovated from inside but not from the outside. It still hast that charme of the time when the wall came down. I do not have any influence on the outside parts of the house. So if you expect a nice and luxury place i am not able to offer it here. We are in the middle of Berlin and that house is representing that life style. Guest access Guests will have their own bathroom (shower and sink) for private use, however there is a single toilet in the house located in the guest bathroom which needs to be shared with myself and my flatmate. I also have a spare parking space which can be used at an additional cost. During your stay I work and live the house and am avaible most of the time. I do have key safes outside which can be used in case i am not around. I also run a smaller accomodation on the ground floor which is not as private as my flat. Therefore i am most of the time at the property. U reach me best on Whats app. The Airbnb is on my phone not transmitting all the messages. So please get in touch with me there. Its a great place to explare day and nightlife of Berlin. Other things to note The bedroom is located to the back of the house and is quiet. There is a washing mashine available and a tumble dryer and washing powder for free. The flat is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Going through some of the comments i got this summer i am really suprised what people are looking for. I am not a hotel. You share my life when you are here as this was the basic idea of Airbnb. I am not offering a hotelservice. If you look for a hotelservice like accomodation please book somewhere else. I respect each others privacy. Please be quiet in the night.
