Situated in the Aljarafe region, near Seville, it benefits from a mild winter climate, abundant sunlight, and picturesque landscapes. The apartment is on the first floor, with access to a private balcony/terrace from the living room. The terrace overlooks the garden and horizon, with a sunset-facing orientation. It features one bedroom with a 1.40 x 2.00m bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped compact kitchen, and a cozy living area. Additional amenities include digital TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and laundry service upon request. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, a small arboretum, and a lush, established garden. There’s also a painting, photography, and digital creativity studio, typically used by the owner, but occasionally available to share.
