Stunning contemporary Beach house seconds walk from an award winning blue flag beach. With views of the ocean, the wildly beautiful Llyn Peninsula, Anglesey, an Iron aged Hillfort and the absolutely stunning Snowdonia mountain range! Our beach house is called Tanat and has been designed to enjoy both it’s stunning mountain and sea views. Huge Bi-Fold doors on both floors open up the back of the property to the garden and those amazing ocean views and sunsets. The space The ultimate summer or winter destination for couples or families. Our house sits on the beach with just a quiet narrow road in front of us in a quiet area set with beautiful views. As soon as you come off the main road and drive the country lanes for a couple of miles to get down to our little beach side community you know you have come somewhere where you can relax and unwind away from the bustle of everyday life. Our beach house provides layered warmth and comfort with an outdoor fire pit for summers nights or a stunning wood burner to cosy up to on cold winters nights along with underfloor heating, a contemporary built in electric fire and full central heating. The house has been designed to maximise its stunning views from both the front and back and provides luxury throughout. Downstairs you will find the main open plan living area/kitchen and dining space plus bedrooms and bathrooms. A contemporary space, the kitchen/dining and lounge area has underfloor heating and huge bifold doors across the entire back wall which open up to the garden. Our Sofa and armchair the colour of a blue summer sky sit in front of a contemporary built in electric fire set into a driftwood wall. The creamy beautiful modern kitchen houses everything anyone could ever need for some home cooked meals. The space between the kitchen and lounge are is separated by a lovely solid wood table with bench seats. An electric boiler services radiators throughout the house. The main bathroom has under floor heating, a large walk in shower with Mira dual shower heads, toilet and beautiful washstand. There is an additional toilet located on this floor along with the master and 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a lovely iron kingsize bed and beautiful views of the Snowdonia Mountain range whist the double bedroom has French doors out to a patio. Upstairs we have created a second superb lounge room with a one of a kind wood burner stove. This room is all about the bifolds and those ocean views. At night this room quickly converts into a 3rd bedroom. The John Lewis sofa is an easy to convert sofa bed sleeping another 2 people. We have blinds for all those bifolds and a beautiful driftwood wardrobe to store belongings. There is a beautiful seating area in front of the bifold doors to take in the sea views and watch the world drift by with your morning coffee. Then by night watch the sun dip into the ocean with a cocktail before retiring to the sofa, lighting the log burner and just listen to the waves crash against the shore. Entertainment is provided with a smart tv, sound bar and DVD player. We have Netflix and Amazon Prime too for those rainy days and have just installed the latest BT Fibre Broadband. Books, magazines and games are also found to keep you busy. Blinds pull down over all the glass windows to create a cosy nighttime sanctuary. Outside in our enclosed garden we have plenty of space to relax. Built in seating envelopes the fire pit and a picnic table allows for alfresco dining. At the end of the garden you can sit on a bench and view the iron aged hill fort or peak at the snowdonia mountain range behind the house. Our whole back and front gardens are fully enclosed. We have a grassed garden area, decking area and front enclosed patios. All in all a wonderful space for a family holiday or a couples cosy weekend enjoying the sea and mountains in a very beautiful home. Guest access Utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the garage. Parking is plentiful down the side of the house plus one car can park in front of the garage.
