Many shops, cafes and restaurants are located nearby. The space It consists of 3 bedrooms, one on the 3rd floor with a single bed and two on the 1st floor with double beds, each with a dressing room. Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the duration of the stay). We invite you to respect the appointment time you have set for us. Feel free to arrive a little early. In case of delay on the check-in time initially agreed with you, our receptionist will not be able to wait for you. Fee of €30 for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 p.m., and December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival. In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the door lock will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your security deposit. Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation: We provide linen processed by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and clean at the end of the stay. For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) must be carried out at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation at each visit. Any non-emergency travel will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Feel free to ask.
