The Apartment is ideally set out for two in absolute luxury, however the modern sofa bed and extra cloakroom can comfortably accommodate 4 for short periods. Listed as 'not suitable for Infants or children' because of the log fire & balcony. The dual purpose office desk is bespoke designed to project your laptop or smart device through HDMI into a 200" screen with surround sound - angled perfectly above the log fire. A DVD player (+over 100 DVD's) and a ROKU media stick with media apps are already installed for your entertainment Positioned just 3 minutes walk from the start of Queens Promenade, perfect for walking the illuminations & for direct access to the beach via steps. There is a bus stop adjacent to the property and the tram station is also 3 minutes walk which will whistle you into the centre of town and Blackpool Tower within 8 minutes. Local Amenities all within 5 minutes walk include Foody Pub with beer garden, award winning butchers, several cafe's, Takeaway's include; Pizza, Chinese, Fish & Chips, Fried Chicken and there is a large Coop, off-license and Post Office on the same strip. The views across the park to the ocean are exceptional and the french doors & Juliet glass balcony smartly turns the whole loft into outside space during the summer. In summary this is a very modern full renovation, not typical of Blackpool with exceptional facilities, fixtures & fittings. Most guests simply don't want to leave. Please check our feedback. Guest access The private parking space is exclusive for guests. There are numerous free parking spaces adjacent to the property and limited 4hr parking next to the park. There is a common porch, hallway and landing, however the entire top floor is exclusively for Penthouse guests only. For those guests that may wish to totally unplug during a stay and live on one level, there is an intercom door entry system so deliveries can be made directly to the apartment door. EV usage is charged at the actual KWH rate and an invoice is issued at the end of your stay through the resolution centre for actual units used. Other things to note Guests must read the guidebook in order to use the log fire safely and to successfully operate any technical equipment such as the cinema projector and sound systems.
