Local Amenities all within 5 minutes walk include Foody Pub with beer garden, award winning butchers, several cafe's, Takeaway's include; Pizza, Chinese, Fish & Chips, Fried Chicken and there is a large Coop, off-license and Post Office on the same strip. The views across the park to the ocean are exceptional and the french doors & Juliet glass balcony smartly turns the whole loft into outside space during the summer. Guest access The private parking space is exclusive for guests. There are numerous free parking spaces adjacent to the property and limited 4hr parking next to the park. There is a common porch, hallway and landing, however the entire top floor is exclusively for Penthouse guests only. For those guests that may wish to totally unplug during a stay and live on one level, there is an intercom door entry system so deliveries can be made directly to the apartment door. EV usage is charged at the actual KWH rate and an invoice is issued at the end of your stay through the resolution centre for actual units used. Other things to note Guests must read the guidebook in order to use the log fire safely and to successfully operate any technical equipment such as the cinema projector and sound systems.
