Our lovely, friendly house on Papamoa Beach Road, close to Sandhurst Rd, is just across the road & over the sand dunes to the beautiful white silica-sand Papamoa Beach. Perfectly situated between Papamoa & Mt Maunganui where you have a great range of shops, restaurants, bars & cafes, and many fab activities. You have a lovely Queen bedroom, separate bathroom, toilet, fridge, and use of kitchen, dining and laundry. Rates reduced due to the recent addition of NZ GST being applied to guest fees. The space Own bedroom, toilet and bathroom. One Queen bed. TV in room. Full use of laundry, limited use of kitchen and outdoor area. Living room is private. WiFi available with streaming services NetFlix and Neon on TV. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING : You are welcome to use the main kitchen, for meal preparation. However, we ask you to finish in the kitchen by 8pm please. We have had people wanting to cook late at night, which doesn't suit. Guest access Garden with bench chair and small table are available for you to use in the garden. You have your own fridge and kettle with tea/coffee/milk provided. Please limit use of the kitchen for simple meal prep, and the dining table - no later than 8pm. There are laundry facilities within your area so very handy. There is a panel heater in the room and fans/heaters/extra blankets are also provided. Please note : The living room, sofas and TV are private. Upstairs is not available to guests. During your stay We live and work between Auckland and Papamoa Beach and are there most of the time, but our office and bedroom are upstairs. We have three little dogs - a fluffy girl, Luna and two miniature sausage dogs, Franklin and Zinzan. They aren't allowed into your space so won't bother you. We just ask you to keep the back gate closed at all time. Other things to note If you need to stock up on a few items there’s a Fresh Choice within walking distance. Bayfair and Papamoa Plaza are within a 5 minute drive. There's also the famous Mount Hot Pools where you can enjoy a soak after a climb up the mount to enjoy the fabulous views.
