The entrance is gated with plenty of parking and a large yard. Walk up the steps and enter the foyer to the left is the brand new kitchen and to the right is the living room. Walk upstairs to the entrance to the balcony, bedrooms and bathroom. Living Room: Our living room has two brand new couches coffee table , televisions and tv stand , two modern lamps and tables a small bed is available for extra guests to sleep or as the common room for everyone to spend time together. Kitchen: Our brand new kitchen is what dreams are made of. We have provided every utensil you can imagine for cooking your very own Italian feasts! We also have plenty Moka pots for your stovetop espressos and an electric tea kettle for our guests who are not fans of coffee. A new dishwasher , microwave , toaster and a full size refrigerator and freezer is on the left side of the kitchen in disguise matching the cabinets. Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a brand new queen size bed , television , armoire and dresser with plenty of comfortable pillows and blankets. The second bedroom has a armoire and hangers a brand new double bed a single bed , a play and pack is available if you have a infant and plenty of comfortable pillows and blankets. Bathroom: Our bathroom has a blow dryer, plenty of large white towels and washcloths a walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. I was born and raised in Cordovado Italy and now live in a small town in California. My grand-daughter and I were tired of my family's home being empty when we were not visiting Italy so we decided to renovate it and list it on Airbnb so everyone has a chance to feel the love inside my late mother's home.
