Welcome to our bright 70 m² apartment, rated 3 stars, on the top floor with elevator access. Enjoy a friendly living space bathed in natural light thanks to the large glass doors overlooking a furnished balcony where you can relax. The apartment includes: An equipped kitchen open to the living room Two comfortable bedrooms: a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a 140 x 190 cm bed. A large bathroom with shower and bathtub to relax. The space Bed linen and towels (100 x 50 cm) are provided. Please note that this is my main residence; although I leave personal belongings there, you will have space in the cupboards for your belongings. Finally, please do not smoke in the apartment, a large balcony is available to enjoy the fresh air! Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Entry into the building is by badge, and you can arrive independently. Public parking is available at the foot of the building.
