Bright and spacious, they have air conditioning, living room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms with single beds, independent equipped kitchen (ceramic, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, utensils and cleaning products), full bathroom with bathtub or shower and satellite TV. Important rules: The building has video surveillance. Exceeding the occupancy limit without paying the extra person supplement will result in immediate removal without refund. Also, the apartment has a noise meter that does not record audio, but sends alerts to the property and the phone number provided by the guest if the allowed levels are exceeded. Failure to comply with these warnings may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund, in order to ensure the well-being and rest of all guests. Guest access From April to October the cleaning service is carried out on the designated days three times a week between 10:30 and 14:00. It cannot be done properly if the apartment is untidy. • The towels are for hygienic use only and not for use on the beach or swimming pool. • If the customer refuses the cleaning service, it cannot be done the next day. Cleaning will not take place until the next scheduled day. • The change of sheets is made every 7 days.
