Secure private on-site parking. Located an 8 minute drive (5km) from the bustling town of Ennis & 34km from the beautiful Lahinch beach. A short drive to the famous Burren region and 40 minutes from the Cliffs of Moher. The space This new warm and welcoming modern 3 bedroom cottage with spacious living area all located in an adjacent building to the family home. It contains 3 double bedrooms with blackout skylight blinds. There is ample wardrobe space. There are 2 bathrooms containing sink, toilet and shower. The living area contains 2 couches and 1 armchairs as well so there are plenty areas for relaxing or hanging out and watching TV. The TV is 42' and carries all the local Irish and UK free to air channels. The living area is a fully fitted and integrated new kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, 4 ring gas hob, single electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and 8 person dining room table and chairs. We also provide a travel cot, high chair & baby bath for families at no charge. Guest access Access to the cottage is located adjacent to the family home. Guests have their own private secure area for parking their cars. There is a lockbox for the cottage key (code will be messaged to you prior to arrival!). Other things to note The back garden can be used by guests. The front garden and patio of main residence is private. The play area is for under 12 years of age. There is a shared entrance from the public road.
