Yallingup Beach Cottage - Malalooka

Literally across the road from pristine Yallingup Beach this unique A-frame cottage with open plan living & huge loft bedroom has a charm and energy that endears itself to everyone. Great for couples, families with young children or just friends. I am sorry, we don't accept Leavers. Please note that all the beds are in the same bedroom! We are open to guests bringing their dog & charge $50 per stay. We reserve the right to refuse pets depending on breed & age. 3 or 4 night min in peak. The space Set amongst the Malaleuca trees and across the road from the beach this studio/chalet is very unique and has a great feel. With its stone and rammed earth walls, mosaic bench tops, stained glass windows and luxurious carpet, Malalooka is the perfect place to unwind and to get away with your partner, friends or young family. As it is across the road from beach you rarely get in the car once you are home but find yourself nipping to and from the beach all day or walking 100m down the road for a coffee at the local cafe. The beach is perfect for everyone with great surf and also safe swimming and snorkelling in the lagoon. The National Park is on our door step and 5 minutes walk takes you into it and some great hikes. Caves House at the top of Yallingup Hill, is only a 10 minute walk up the 'Ghost Trail' and is great for a quick meal, live music and summer movies. We would love you to come and visit but please do note that the sleeping arrangements are one queen size bed and 2 single beds in one large loft bedroom. You can bring your own linen (just sheets and towelling) or we can provide it using a professional service for an extra fee of $100. Please note we do not make up the beds to keep cleaning fees down but can arrange this for an extra fee of $30 if you would like (our cleaners currently charge us $68 per hour and it will take them an extra half hour to make beds up). We also own the house up the driveway alongside the cottage and this is listed on airbnb as well. Guest access You will be able to access the whole cottage and its 2 courtyards. One courtyard is at the front of the cottage with a BBQ and table and chairs and outside shower; it is great for entertaining. The other courtyard is at the back of the cottage and has a washing line to dry your towels after a day at the beach. The property is secure for dogs but please note the front wall is about 1m high so if your dog is a jumper it may not suffice. Other things to note An additional cleaning fee of $95 is charged per stay - this is included in the cost calculated by Airbnb when you book We are pet friendly by arrangement and for an extra fee of $50. Linen can be provided at a cost of $95 for 4 people using a professional linen service...this is what the linen provider charges us and we pass on that cost with no added surcharge; we do not make up the beds as then we would have to increase the cleaning cost. This linen fee is charged separately to your booking. I am sorry but we do not accept Leavers Most of the year we have a minimum of 2 night stay but during peak periods it is a 3 or 4 night minimum.
