You'll get congrats from locals:-) Guest access The whole apartment, the pool and the covered car/motobike parking space. Other things to note Pasta, oil, seasonings, fresh coffee, tea, sugar etc. are provided as part of the "basic necessities" of the apartment. Guests are expected to let the host know if they run out of something so the host can replenish stocks for other guests. Electricity and water are included in the price. Extra cleaning during guests' stay is not.
